CRESCENT CIRCLE ANNUAL REPORT
There are 16 members in the Crescent Circle with an average
attendance of 11.
Our Mission study this year was “One Thousand Years. of Christianity
in Russia.”
In February we held an 6vening of slides of Russia shown by Dr. and
firs. Bob Linton to which other Circles and members of the congregation
were invited.
In March we had a program and discussion on ."Ten Days for world
Development.”
In October we toured the Ukranian Church in Guelph with Mrs. Nadia
Poluck as our hostess.
We also:
~-took part in the World Day of Prayer
~attended Inter-Church Council meetings and donated to the
Fellowship of the Least Coin .
~took our turn putting flowers in the church
~helped with the Fowl Supper, Garage and Bake Sale and Annual Bazaar
and P.W.A. potluck suppers
-helped with Meals on Wheels
~provided Christmas gifts for nursing home patients and shut-ins
—some of our members were "Mystery Mothers” for C.G.1.T.
—doneted used stamps for cancer research
We gave Financial donations to:
-W.N.S. Missions
-Least Coin Fellowship
“speaker at “10 Days for World Development”
~Board of Managers
We raised funds by:
collecting Cent-a-Neal cans
~Sale of borg bears |
