1976 REPORT OF THE PRESBYTERIAN WOMEN'S ASSOCIATION
Once again the PVA had a most successful year. There are three
7 Circles in the Association with approximately 65 members. During the
year we held one executive meeting and six generel meetings. Our of -
ferings go to Missions.
Our members took part in a number of community projects including:
World Dey of Prayer, Fellowship of The Least Coin, Meals on Wheels,
Nursing Home Tea, Charity Bazaar, Christmas gifts to mental patients,
donation to Hyde Park Nursing Home patients at Christmas, and a dona-
tion to the Pastoral Visitation Service.
We served coffee and refreshments once a month to the Ministerial
Associetion of the Presbytery this year. The PWA conducted the church
service on June 6th with Mrs. Donne Wilson giving the address. At this
time the Centennial Banner was presented to the church. Funds were
raised by catering, by holding a "Luncheon is Served" supper, May bake
sale and the Christmas bazaar. Members helped with painting the lower
auditorium and side rooms and at the Fowl Supper.
