Westminster St. Paul's Presbyterian Church,
206 Victoria Rd. North,
Guelph, Ontario.
We have examined the books and records of Westminster St.
Paul's Presbyterian Church for the year ending December
31, 1968 and in connection therewith have approved the
accompanying statements subject to the following Comments.
The Pension Fund of the Presbyterian Church in Canada, has
been adjusted to reflect a credit of $152.17 plus the 1968
assessment of $142.57 leaving an outstanding balance at
year end of $1,417.28 as indicated on the supplementary
platement of liabilities. Other items totalling $624.93
remain outstanding at the year end. The above items
totalling $2,042.21 are not included in the year end
statements.
A balance of $703.12 of the principal and interest payments
on the mortgage required for 1968 was paid in January 1969,
The December payment received from Life and Glory is also
included in 1969.
On February 2, 1968 five members backed a note for $2,500.00.
During the year $900.00 was paid to the bank from the special
savings account and on December 30, 1968 a New loan in the
name of the church was arranged by the Board of Managers for
$1,600.00 to clear the personal liabilities.
